This seems to me to be good parenting. It looks like an illustration from a brochure about parenting that you might find in a narthex. A narthex is the lobby area at the entrance of a church. It is not some species of Doctor Who monster. Mind you, this would also make a good illustration for a brochure about Doctor Who monsters. At least, that will be my statement to the police should they come around to the flat asking about you again.
